- First and foremost, be prompt, if not early for your scheduled service. Your service may need to be rescheduled or less service time if you are more than 10 minutes late. Charges may also apply.
- Please be aware of our 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling policy.
- To maintain tranquility, please refrain from cell phone use during your visit. You are entering a Quiet Zone, please be aware of other massages in session and wait until you have entered your massage room to talk with your therapist.
- Be aware that shower facilities are not available before you massage. If you are coming from the gym or are in need of a shower, please do so prior to your arrival. We also have limited areas for drying hair and applying makeup. If you are going somewhere after your appointment, please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements.

- Last, but definitely not least be sure to leave gratuity. Tip is not included in the price of the service. It is easy to forget if you have a gift certificate or promo vouchers for the massage, but most gift certificates and all promo vouchers do not include tip. Be sure to calculate the tip based on the original price of the service. Remember the amount of work done by your masseuse is not less because you paid less. Most websites state the proper tip is between 10-20%.
